Winter + Spring 2026 Details

Our 13-week Winter program includes both in-person and online (video review) components.

Location – Sutherland Turf (1860 Sutherland Ave, North Vancouver, BC, V7L 4C2)

Dates & Times – Every Saturday from January 3rd to March 28th, 8:00pm – 10:00pm.

*All players registered for Winter are automatically registered for our Spring 2026 (April & May) program, too!

The Veo Experience

Veo is an AI-powered camera that automatically follows the action on the field and will be used to record our drills and scrimmages each session. Post-practice, we will use these recordings to meet with everyone in a virtual setting to review and learn together.

Everyone will gain full access to the recordings during the program. A central hub where coaches can facilitate discussions and drive peer-learning will also be used.

Academy-style Structure

This year, the program will run academy-style. Each session, players will be divided into training groups which may change each week depending on the focus of each training session. Groups will rotate through varying coaches, being exposed to different styles of coaching.

Academy-style training allows for everyone to hone in on the things they want to work on, and with the smaller group sizes, get more focused feedback from each coach.

*Examples of training groups include Handler/Cutter; Age and/or Experience, Offense/Defense focused, etc.

Who is this for?

As with all of our programs, everyone is welcome!

Our academy-style structure ensures everyone is challenged each training session appropriately. We are confident that everyone will grow over the 13-week period, regardless of experience level or age.

Winter & Spring 2026 Integration

Players that play with us in Winter are automatically registered for our Spring 2026 season (April & May).

The Spring 2026 is scrimmaged-based for athletes to stay in top form to play at provincials (BC High School Ultimate Championships) & Summer-club seasons.

Our Winter program is similar to the Fall, but we will also send teams to the Emerald City Challenge (previously Seven Hills) tournament in SeaTac, WA in early-March. Players who register for Winter are not required to attend this tournament.
