Spring & Summer Program Offerings
Spring (April + May) Scrimmages
- 9-weeks of scrimmages for both high-school and elementary-school athletes.
- Focus: To help players gain extra reps (through scrimmages) to best prepare for the upcoming school & Summer-club seasons.
Summer (April + May) Pre-season
- 25-practices (April 5th – May 22nd) focused on defensive footwork, creating separation on offense, and throwing skills (distance & throwing for advantage)
- Focus: To develop the foundational skills players need to compete at their best during the Summer-club season.
Summer (June, July, & August) Competitive Teams
- For high-school athletes that typically have competitive sport or ultimate experience.
- Focus: To prepare athletes for future success at the regional, national, and international levels of play.
Summer (June, July, & August) Development Teams
- For elementary-school athletes that typically have limited ultimate experience.
- Focus: To help athletes build strong physical literacy skills alongside peers in a team-focused environment.
Players that have partial availability are welcome to play with PULSE on a part-time basis.
Our program aims to provide equitable playing opportunities for everyone, and it is perfectly fine not being able to fully commit to every week due to other commitments during the season.
